Lea has been a Realtor for over 30+ years, loves her career and says, “it’s so much more than a job.” She became a Realtor because of the negative experiences with Realtors she had in the past; she wanted clients to know there are great ones that offer positive experiences, and she wanted to be that Realtor. By going through her own challenges in life, it made her a more compassionate person and compelled her into bringing it into her career and making it a way of life. She believes a Realtor shouldn’t be ruthless but needs to be compassionate.
